During the time the original band Reason to sue had broken up and the lead guitarist mike had decided to join another band. After weeks of trying to replace him Eric had stumbled upon Joe who happened to be exactly what the band was looking for "a blessing" they called him. They then auditioned for the battle of the bands for the first time with Joe. The very next day after the auditions Joe passed away in a tragic car accident. A couple weeks later they had found out that they had made it in the show. The band mourned his death and couldn't really find the effort to look for a guitarist to replace Joe. They were then deciding whether or not they should continue and play the show when Mike (original guitarist of reason 2 sue) offered to play for Reason 2 sue in honor of Joe just for the show. Reason 2 sue played the show and soon after decided that it was the end of the band. After that Eric(vocals) and Alex(drummer) tried many other projects. That didn't really work to well due to conflicting interests. So mike and Eric still being good friends at the time decided to work together and create a new band project named All for Joe. Keeping the name of Joe within the band name in hopes to honor his dream and spread his name where ever they may go. Creating there first song "All for Joe" specifically for Joe Oqendo. Hoping to accomplish many things with the band trying to fulfill the dreams of Joe because they knew that what he would have wanted if he were still here today R.I.P. Joe. you will always be loved! |
